Mythics – Lifetime Exchange Policy

At Mythics, our creations are designed to last a lifetime — and so is our commitment to you.
We offer a Lifetime Exchange on all lab-grown diamond jewellery purchased directly from Mythics, so you can refresh your collection whenever you wish, with complete peace of mind.

Eligibility & Conditions

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please note:

1. Original Documentation – The jewellery must be returned with the original invoice and product certificate.
2. Condition of Jewellery – The piece must be in its original condition, without any:

   a. Scratches, dents, or wear marks

   b. Polishing, resizing, or alterations

   c. Stone replacement or repairs by anyone other than Mythics

3. Missing Stones – If any lab-grown diamonds are missing or damaged, their value will be deducted from the exchange amount at the current market rate.
4. Exchange Credit – The approved exchange value will be credited to your Mythics account for purchasing any other Mythics jewellery.

   a. The credit is non-encashable.

   b. It can be used in part or full and has no expiry.

   c. It can be applied to both regular and promotional products unless otherwise stated.

5. Quality Inspection – All items undergo a detailed quality check within 5 business days of arrival. If the product does not meet our eligibility standards, it may be returned to you without exchange.

Exchange Value Calculation

Your exchange value will be calculated as follows:

1. Gold Value – 100% of the gold content value at the current daily market rate (as per the Indian Bullion & Jewellers Association), minus 1% gold melting charges.
2. Lab-Grown Diamond Value – 100% of the diamond value at the current market rate.

Note: Any discounts, free gifts, reward points, or promotional benefits availed at the time of original purchase will be deducted from the exchange value.

Additional Charges

1. Processing Fee – ₹1,000 per item (includes reverse shipping, handling, and insurance).
2. Certificate Replacement Fee – If the product certificate is missing, a re-issuance charge of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.
3. Transit Responsibility – Customers must use Mythics approved courier service and original packaging for returns. We are not liable for loss or damage if shipped otherwise.

Policy Updates

Mythics reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. Updated terms will apply to purchases made after the revision date. For major changes, a notification will be posted on our website: www.mythics.in.
