Mythics – 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Mythics, we want every piece you own to be a treasure you truly cherish. If, for any reason, you’re not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund—subject to the terms below.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us – Write to us at support@mythics.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will verify your request and arrange a reverse pickup.

  2. Pickup Scheduling – Once approved, we’ll share pickup details and guidelines. Pickups are usually scheduled within 2–4 business days.

  3. Pack with Care – Place the jewelry in its original box, with all protective packaging, and include the product certificate and invoice. This ensures safe transit and quick processing.

  4. Certificate Replacement Fee – If the certificate is missing, a re-issuance fee of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.

  5. Proof of Pickup – Always collect acknowledgment from the pickup agent—either a receipt, SMS confirmation, or photo of the tracking ID.


Refund Process

  1. All returns undergo a quality inspection upon arrival at our facility.
  2. If the product passes inspection, a full refund will be issued, minus ₹1,000 per item for two-way shipping, insurance, and processing costs.
  3. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of passing inspection.
  4. Refunds will be made in your bank account.


When Returns Are Not Accepted

The 7-Day Return Policy does not apply if:

  1. The item was already exchanged once under this policy (further exchanges are covered under our Lifetime Exchange Policy).
  2. The product has been customized, engraved, resized, or altered in any way.
  3. The jewelry shows signs of wear, scratches, damage, or cleaning.
  4. Original tags, labels, or security seals have been removed or tampered with.


Condition of Returned Items

  1. Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, stickers, and certificates.
  2. Returns with tampered packaging or missing elements will not be accepted and may instead be eligible under our Buyback Policy.
  3. Customers are responsible for securely packing the item. Mythics is not liable for loss or damage in transit if shipped without our approved courier service.


Policy Updates

Mythics reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will apply to purchases made after the revised policy date. Major changes will be announced via our website: www.mythics.in.
