Mythics – Lifetime Buy-Back Policy

At Mythics, we design jewellery to last forever — but we understand that tastes and needs can evolve. Our Lifetime Buy-Back Policy ensures that your Mythics lab-grown diamond jewellery always retains value, giving you the confidence to upgrade, change, or simply part ways when the time feels right.

Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for buy-back:

1. Original Documentation – The jewellery must be returned with the original invoice and product certificate.

2. Condition of Jewellery – The piece must be in its original, unworn condition without:

   a. Scratches, dents, or wear marks

   b. Polishing, resizing, or alterations

   c. Stone replacement or repairs by anyone other than Mythics

3. Missing Stones – If any lab-grown diamonds are missing or damaged, their current market value will be deducted from the buy-back amount.

4. Quality Inspection – All items undergo a detailed quality check within 5 business days of arrival. If the product does not meet eligibility standards, it will be returned without buy-back.

Buy-Back Value Calculation

Your buy-back amount will be calculated as follows:

1. Gold Value – 100% of the gold content value at the current daily market rate (as per the Indian Bullion & Jewellers Association), minus 1% gold melting charges.
2. Lab-Grown Diamond Value – 80% of the diamond value at the current market rate.

Note: Any discounts, free gifts, reward points, or promotional offers availed during the original purchase will be deducted from the buy-back value.

Additional Charges

1. Processing Fee – ₹1,000 per item (includes reverse shipping, handling, and insurance).
2. Certificate Replacement Fee – If the product certificate is missing, a re-issuance charge of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will apply.
3. Transit Responsibility – Customers must use Mythics’ approved courier service and original packaging for returns. We are not liable for loss or damage if shipped otherwise.

Purchase Value Limit

The Lifetime Buy-Back Policy is applicable for products purchased at a value of up to ₹4,99,999/-.

Payment Timeline

Once the product passes quality inspection, the buy-back amount will be transferred to your bank account within 15 business days.

Policy Updates

Mythics reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated terms will apply to purchases made after the revision date. Major changes will be announced on our website: www.mythics.in.
